Goals and Intentions for 2022 | Q1

2021 was a good year for me. I was able to achieve a few milestones, but at the same time, I realized that I would have been able to achieve some missed milestones if I have planned and prioritized my actions better. Keeping in mind the learnings, especially from the past year I want to experiment with adopting a more structured way of defining my goals and intentions for 2022.

So, I have prepared a list of key-results that I am aiming to achieve in the first 3 months.

Wellness ๐Ÿ’ช

  • 180km Cycling
  • 180km Walking
  • Play Badminton for at least 25 days
  • Achieve 5km in 40mins
  • Reduce daily mobile screen time to 2hrs

Travelling โœˆ๏ธ

  • Kedarkantha Trek
  • Climb Pavaghadh

Skills ๐Ÿ” 

  • Get 2-wheeler driving license
  • Get the driving license for car
  • Learn Swimming ๐ŸŠโ€โ™‚๏ธ

  • Kickstart the Dribbble profile.
  • Build Personal Website
    • Add my Designs and Illustrations cataog to the website

There are a few daily habits I want to start building.

  • Make the bed ๐Ÿ›๏ธ
  • 10-mins meditation ๐Ÿง˜
  • 20-mins book reading ๐Ÿ“•
  • 10-mins journaling ๐Ÿ““
  • Drink at least 2 litres water ๐Ÿฅ›
